All digital orders will are sent immediately after payment has been made via the email address that was entered at the checkout. 

You can also access your downloads under the ‘Downloads’ tab in your account.

You will not recieve a physical product when you purchase a digital download.

Your digital licence includes:

✔ Three downloads
✔ For use in ONE household, classroom or therapy room
✔ Digital files are not to be shared
✔ Links will be emailed and are stored in your Account under ‘Downloads’

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.

If you accidently order the same product twice, contact us here and we’ll arrange a credit for you
